Oxford University grad Jon left a career in management consultancy behind to follow his dream of running restaurants and bars. He’s been in the licensed trade since 1999 and bought his first venture, Dust, in Clerkenwell in 2001. Since then has built up Mothership Group with Andy and Heather.
